We are very excited to be going into our 8th Year of Teacher training!

Yoga is not about touching our toes, in fact the original Yoga did not include Asana's

For myself Yoga was and continues to be a life savor for me, I could not have imagined a decade ago teaching at this level. Yoga has transformed my life, and I hope it can do the same for you as well. 


Please take your time to browse and read over the course offered to see if they meet your needs.

Maybe you don't want the full Yoga Teacher Training of 240, that's ok, we have a 140 Hour Meditation Teacher Training as well as a 140 hour Introduction to Yoga as Therapy, which includes Ayurvedic concepts, as well a focus onYoga for Trauma,   maybe you don't want the MTT, that's ok , we offer a variety of courses throughout the year for those who just want to learn more about the Ancient Art of Yoga and its benefits.

This is a Transformative journey, it takes courage, determination, hard work, but so worth the effort!

It is the journey not the destination that counts ! At the End you will receive a Certificate of Completion that will allow you to Teach Yoga and Meditation as well you can Register with the Canadian Yoga Alliance.

In a world of self gratification, instant fixes, this is not that journey, it is however a journey of the self that will give you insight into what blocks you from living your true nature and how to get there! Do you want to live your life's purpose?

This journey can help you find out what that is!!

What we do today builds our Future! How do you see yourself in the Future and what are you doing today to make that happen?

What you can expect at the end of your training:

  • you will have the knowledge to be an excellent Yoga Teacher

  • you will learn sequencing and modifications to assist all different levels of Yoga

  • you will learn to take what you learn on the mat and apply that to your day to day life, as well as in a classroom setting.

  • you will learn to integrate the deeper teachings of Yoga and Philosophy and how to apply those to your everyday life.

  • you will learn the basics of both physical and Spiritual Anatomy

  • you will have a good understanding of the practice of Pranayama and how that impacts our overall health, in mind, body and soul.

  • you will gain insight into your own limitation and learn to identify what holds you back from positive changes

  • you will learn how to navigate through stressful times

  • you will find yourself on this journey

The Meditation Teacher Training program offers a wonderful opportunity for personal growth.  The instructors are knowledgeable and caring.  Audrey skillfully guides students in building up a knowledge base, as well as increasing confidence in personal practice and preparedness for teaching meditation to others.
