About the event

You will learn how yoga can help maintain a well-rounded nervous system to enable one to remain level headed in stressful situations. Release chronically held tension and anxiety, help move our body into its “rest-and-digest” response, strengthen immunity, improve respiratory function, and increase cardiovascular health, promote calm, feelings of safety, and a healthy digestion.

Wear comfortable clothing as you would for a yoga class. Includes a vegan lunch, 2 snacks and drinks.
