About the event
Face Yoga is a combination of facial exercises, relaxation techniques, massage, acupressure and tapping.
Registrants please bring:
o A notebook and pen / pencil to make notes, draw reminder pictures and write down questions.
o Water.
o Sense of humor (we will be making lots of funny faces throughout the workshop).
We also ask:
o That you do not take any photos during the class please.
o That you try to remove any make up before class.
o That you dress comfortably – we will be seated throughout the sessions.
o That you bring a lip balm with good “slide” for Week Two.
Please note: we will be using “Grape Seed Oil” on the face when we are doing our techniques; this will be provided.
If you have any issues with this oil, please let us know before the workshop.
