About the event
It will be a beautiful evening as we will learn about the healing properties of crystals and take a more in-depth look at a few selected crystals. Wear comfortable clothing as we will come to the mat for some light stretches and crystal focused meditation to center ourselves for the evening. WE will also dive into our creative side and design a beautiful semi-precious bracelet. As we enjoy a tea and light snack we will reflect and share our experiences.
