A Bit About! The word Yoga comes from the root word "yuk" which means to unite. The practice of Yoga aims to unite mind, body and spirit. My approach to Yoga is gentle with the focus on stress reduction, giving our bodies a chance to heal and repair! As well as finding that stillness we all desire in such a fast paced world! AMEN |
